Can training be tailored to a role or service type?
Yes. The existing training model is designed to be tailored by role, service type and the reason the provider needs training.
Does training by itself make a provider compliant?
No. Training supports capability, but providers also need suitable systems, records, supervision and evidence that requirements are being implemented in practice.
